Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

Exchanges If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

UK Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if items are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label after you contact us to start the return process.
