Shipping policy
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping within the UK We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — £4.20
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery may take longer than usual.
Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at [ info@daugle.co.uk ] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it for you.
